Once you decided to take one house, inspect the house carefully.
If you are buying a new house, check with agent, is the house still under warranty period by developer? If you are buying an old house, check the condition of the house, is the house water leaking? Is the wall crack? others problems?
If the owner sell the property with furnitures, electric appliances etc, insist for the inventory list with owner’s signature, highly recommended buyer to take photos of the property, to protect your benefits. Inventory list should attach with Sales and Purchase Agreement as a legal document.
